The room looked quite small upon arrival. The shower's height made entry difficult. I found no kettle in the room. The price seemed high considering the amenities.

The room was very clean. i noticed daily towel changes, a detail i appreciated. i found the staff genuinely helpful. They offered excellent support, and the location allowed me to easily walk to the city center. It had a few hills. but that's normal.
the air conditioning system was a bit noisy at times, but it didn't disrupt my sleep

the location is superb near the main shopping street. my room was super clean and comfortable. i really enjoyed speaking with the receptionists during both check-in and check-out. they totally helped me with early check-in because i joined accor as a member. i also got a late check-out later!
my room had a strange smell. the bed was also hard. the shower supplies were not good. the air conditioning system seemed outdated too.

the reception desk staff were always helpful and pleasant the hotel was within walking distance to public transportation. some sites were interesting and restaurants were nearby. the hotel had everything it is very comfortable and in an excellent location.
the bathroom had an odor to it a huge cockroach was out of nowhere. i ended up killing it the shower was a stand up shower and a very tight space. i could hardly bend down to pick anything off the floor.

I found the location to be quite nice and very quiet. The staff and guests were present in the lobby at all hours, so I safe area. My room was spacious and well soundproofed. I particularly enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. They all had smiles and spoke English well.
