advantageous location clean room helpful staff small room shower height missing kettle
The location proved advantageous. It allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants. My room was clean. Staff members were friendly and ready to assist with recommendations.
The room looked quite small upon arrival. The shower's height made entry difficult. I found no kettle in the room. The price seemed high considering the amenities.

the staff seemed genuinely helpful. i found the location really close to transport options. breakfast included multiple choices, SUCH AS fresh juice.
i encountered no kettle despite the PRICE. some may find this inconvenient.

clean room daily towel helpful staff central location
The room was very clean. i noticed daily towel changes, a detail i appreciated. i found the staff genuinely helpful. They offered excellent support, and the location allowed me to easily walk to the city center. It had a few hills. but that's normal.
the air conditioning system was a bit noisy at times, but it didn't disrupt my sleep

amazing stay!
great location super clean room helpful receptionist
the location is superb near the main shopping street. my room was super clean and comfortable. i really enjoyed speaking with the receptionists during both check-in and check-out. they totally helped me with early check-in because i joined accor as a member. i also got a late check-out later!
my room had a strange smell. the bed was also hard. the shower supplies were not good. the air conditioning system seemed outdated too.

the room provided all the necessary facilities for my stay. it was especially quiet during the night which allowed me to sleep very well. breakfast was also enjoyable as it runs from 6 am until noon which is rare

the hotel is located near the academy of sciences. the central location is advantageous for exploring nearby attractions. there is a restaurant nearby that serves tibetan cuisine which i recommend trying it out if you like something different.

the staff was super friendly and approachable which was lovely. ms carla gave me a higher floor room since i requested it which was kind. she offered her guidance for visiting the best spots. the staff helped me explore this beautiful city.

excellent location public transportation helpful staff bathroom odor tight space stand up shower
the reception desk staff were always helpful and pleasant the hotel was within walking distance to public transportation. some sites were interesting and restaurants were nearby. the hotel had everything it is very comfortable and in an excellent location.
the bathroom had an odor to it a huge cockroach was out of nowhere. i ended up killing it the shower was a stand up shower and a very tight space. i could hardly bend down to pick anything off the floor.

quiet location helpful staff spacious room soundproof room
I found the location to be quite nice and very quiet. The staff and guests were present in the lobby at all hours, so I safe area. My room was spacious and well soundproofed. I particularly enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. They all had smiles and spoke English well.
The shower space felt a bit tight.
