loud disco inconvenient stairs
the location was good for getting around (i walked everywhere). the staff were friendly enough.
the noise was ridiculous. there's a disco nearby and the music blasted until 5 am. i couldn't sleep for two nights because it was a weekend and the disco was in full swing. also, there are stairs at the entrance (i didn't realize) , made it difficult with luggage.

great location helpful staff functional air conditioning
The location provided easy access to major attractions. The staff offered assistance with luggage, helpful. The room was clean and had functional air conditioning. I found the proximity to shops and restaurants very convenient.
The noise from other guests late at night and early in the morning was disruptive. The thin walls allowed sound to travel easily, especially from the corridor. This made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Many restaurants are near the hotel and offer diverse options. A MacDonalds is located a few doors down providing quick meals. Several coffee and pastry shops also operate nearby, so you can enjoy breakfast.

The room included a TV and air conditioning for comfort. The bathroom and shower had super clean fixtures. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. I found the room to be well maintained.

convenient location excellent service comfortable room
I found the hotel's location very convenient, near the train station and many restaurants. The staff offered excellent service and were always helpful with my requests. The air conditioning worked well. It seemed like a blizzard. I found my room comfortable and relaxing after a long day.
I noticed the bathroom door did not close properly.

The hotel's LOCATION was fabulous. It's next to the gorgeous McDonalds and near amazing coffee shops and pastry shops. It's a short walking distance to many landmarks. The Metro at Trindade is a short walk.

Room 204 has a balcony. The hotel rooms are super clean. That's very important to me. The bed and shower were both excellent. There were no issues at all. I also found both the tv and aircon worked well.
