fresh fruit pastry selection attentive staff
the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurant downstairs offered a convenient dining option. i found the staff to be attentive and helpful at all times.

friendly staff high-quality breakfast
ricardo was friendly. he was always willing to assist guests! the location was fantastic. i especially liked that the staff fulfilled my request to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace. the breakfast had a high quality.
the restaurant downstairs had very loud music! i was awake until 1 am both nights. the noise made it hard to sleep well.

The staff was helpful. They provided excellent local recommendations. The location allowed easy exploration of the surrounding area. The room was quite spacious (a relief after traveling).

arrival guidance excellent shower loud environment clothes hanging
Carla impressed me with her arrival guidance. She marked points of interest on the map and shared tips. I found the room modern. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent, I was really charmed by it.
The hotel is above the restaurant. It created a loud environment. I was at the building's back and heard music until 1 a.m. I also noticed a lack of clothes hanging space. The kettle needed moving to the lamp area for plugging.
