ricardo was friendly. he was always willing to assist guests! the location was fantastic. i especially liked that the staff fulfilled my request to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace. the breakfast had a high quality.
the restaurant downstairs had very loud music! i was awake until 1 am both nights. the noise made it hard to sleep well.

Carla impressed me with her arrival guidance. She marked points of interest on the map and shared tips. I found the room modern. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent, I was really charmed by it.
The hotel is above the restaurant. It created a loud environment. I was at the building's back and heard music until 1 a.m. I also noticed a lack of clothes hanging space. The kettle needed moving to the lamp area for plugging.
