this location was great. i found i could easily walk to main attractions. the room had excellent double glazing, so city views were quiet. the staff answered messages quickly and also spoke good english. the breakfast was tasty, and it was delivered directly to the room, which i appreciated.
i noticed light did not work on all floors, so stairs were a little dark sometimes.

I was very happy with the location of the accommodation. It was perfect for walking everywhere. the building felt secure and safe. the wifi was good, and i enjoyed the hot shower after a long day of exploring. the tv was a smart tv which was a nice bonus.
the breakfast, though delivered to the room, didn't cater to my specific requests.

The room had a good powerful hot shower. Washing products provided were of good quality. All amenities worked. A fridge was handy and allowed me to store my drinks. I appreciated the cleanliness and service in the room. I found the location to be amazing. It was in the city center. It featured many metro stations within walking distance.
The code for the safe in my room did not work, which caused a minor inconvenience.

Central Location, Clean Rooms

The location was central with easy access to the metro. The room had quiet air conditioning that worked efficiently!
Customer service was terrible. Just a very stressful check in experience. We waited an hour to be given the key codes to our room despite having pre-notified them of our arrival time. They will hold the key codes and not respond to messages until you send them the passport details of your whole party. This despite the fact that someone has to be on-site anyway because they need the city tax from you in cash. After some time the hotel then replied, not with the codes but asking for my friend's passport details (i'd sent mine previously with our arrival time). They had not acknowledged or replied to any of my previous messages or stated that they would not send the check-in codes until they had everyone's details. Once we sent the details they still did not send the codes, eventually someone was to collect our city tax in cash, but they did not have the codes either (!) Eventually we did receive a message with the codes, but it was an unacceptably long wait. As we went out again into the city after checking in, we passed some guests who had left luggage in a secure place in the hotel so they could sightsee on their last day. They had clearly waited much longer than they had expected (and were still waiting) for a response to their messages so they could collect their luggage and go to the airport. Just really bad communication. The room, once we got in, was nice, but i would not stay here again.
