Totally recommend this stay!
friendly staff super clean room breakfast selection excellent bed
I enjoyed the friendly staff and the super clean room I had. The room had good lighting and it felt spacious. Breakfast had a v good selection of foods. The bed was excellent and gave me a good night's sleep.
The parking was a bit small when I arrived so I had to park on the street for a short period.

The hotel provides convenient amenities I really used like accessible taxi services , made getting around easy and quick plus there are smart TVs available for entertainment in every room I really enjoyed. These services added value to my stay.

I found the breakfast offered many choices and fresh ingredients. The variety included both cooked and continental options. I really appreciated how the breakfast dining area was large, allowing guests to eat comfortably.

customer access basic toiletries
the hotel staff were helpful with left luggage.
the smart tvs are available in the rooms however, it was not possible to log into any app because they stopped customers access. this was quite annoying. the toiletries were also very basic, i only had a combined 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner provided.

huge selection helpful staff convenient location
The breakfast had a huge selection. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious. It featured a comfortable bed and a generous sized bathroom. I also found it easy to walk to lovely views from the location. This.
I noticed the absence of heating in the room. I was given an electric heater to compensate for this. I hope this issue is addressed in the future for added comfort.

Excellent Stay
quiet location friendly staff comfortable bed
The hotel is quiet despite its location on a busy street. Casa da Musica Metro Station is about 700 meters away, providing easy airport access. A short walk leads to a restaurant that serves nice seafood. The staff was very friendly and polite. The customer service experience was beyond expectations from breakfast to evening drinks. I had a birthday celebration and the effort was special, i appreciate it. The room was spacious, i find the toilet very pleasant and tidy. The beds were comfortable and ensured restful nights. I observed a shopping center and a food market near the hotel for convenience.
I noticed the toiletries were basic with only a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. Separate options would improve the experience.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
kind staff convenient location nice gym
The staff was kind and helpful . The location was very convenient with several food options within walking distance. The gym in the hotel was also a plus.
The toiletries offered in the room were quite basic. There was only a combined shampoo and conditioner available. I would have appreciated separate products for better hair care.
