I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station and city center. It made commuting very convenient. The staff was super friendly. Their helpfulness. I also found the breakfast superb. The team behind it provided excellent service.
The soundproofing could be improved. Noise from the hallway was occasionally audible.

The room was always clean. It had no carpet. The room included heating and air conditioning plus a TV with many channels, but there were no bathroom amenities, just shampoo, towels, and soap.

The hotel has a very good location. It is only a few minutes away from Praterstern. This makes it easy to access public transport throughout the city. The railway station is also within walking distance.

The breakfast offered a good variety. Fresh ingredients were available. There is also a courtyard in the middle. This provides a pleasant space for relaxation. Air conditioning is available in the rooms.

The front door staff are very helpful. They are ready to answer questions. One staff member Magdalena was particularly helpful and nice. Their friendly service contributed positively to my overall experience.

The location proved convenient, close to the train station.
The absence of a refrigerator was inconvenient. the shower lacked a proper holder, causing me to hold the showerhead continuously (quite a nuisance!).
