the staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast was excellent.
the manager was really rude i had a problem with my reservation the days i chose were different from those on my confirmation he refused to help he used an aggressive tone.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a nice variety, especially the fresh bread (really tasty!). I also appreciated the convenient location near public transportation. It made getting around so easy.
The room got a bit warm during the day, even with the window open.

stuffy roominconvenient key policy
The room felt stuffy. There was no air conditioning. i found it hard to sleep well since i had to choose between the noise from the street and the heat. also, the key policy was inconvenient. I had to leave my key at the reception every time i went out (i found that odd).
