poor insulation outside noise
the staff were helpful and kind.
I found it difficult to sleep because there was no air conditioning and the room felt stuffy. opening the window let in outside noise. Trams, ambulances, and people shouting at night disrupted my sleep. the sound insulation was also weak, i could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway.

convenient location friendly staff clean room female-only room
The location is very convenient, a short walk to the main train station. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room and bed were very clean, which I appreciated. I also liked having a female-only room (it felt safe and private).

The breakfast offered a nice selection of food, juices, and coffee at a reasonable price. The restaurant bar (which I thought was great) remains open until late at night, a definite plus for evening relaxation.

The room was clean and quite spacious, complete with a comfortable bed. I did not have a TV or closet, but I found the basics were adequate for a brief visit. The Wi-Fi access in the room was reliable (something I value very much).

i found good value in the family room.. it easily accommodated our group. 24-hour service proved helpful, especially with late arrivals. i appreciated 24-hour access to the main breakout area. friendly staff were readily available.
Finding the hotel was slightly difficult due to ongoing building works. Clearer signage would have been helpful.
