The large studio kitchenette provided ample space. It was very suitable for a longer stay. appliances in the kitchenette worked well. i appreciated the quiet environment when the windows were closed. the proximity to the train station made travel easy.
i found the lack of a visible sign for the entrance on the street a minor inconvenience.

great central stay

The location was close to the train station. the room size was good. It was clean. i found excellent value for money. i slept well in the very comfortable bed and appreciated the soundproof windows. the kitchenette included good-quality appliances.
The lift wasn't working. I was allocated the 5th floor. i needed to climb many steps each way. it wasn't fixed for several days.

Communication with the staff was prompt via whatsapp. They quickly addressed requests. i also appreciated the convenient free lockers they offered. the self check-in and check-out system worked accurately.

the location is convenient for the hauptbahnhof. a supermarket is directly opposite, i found this useful! the pedestrian street filled with tourists is only a short walk, though the immediate area felt a little dodgy.
