great location helpful staff sufficient equipment convenient access

the hotel has a very good location (i looked at the comments before staying). the equipment provided in the room was sufficient. the staff was really nice and helpful . the hotel is very convenient to both restaurants and the metro.

the room facing the street lacked sound proofing (if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue). the breakfast option seemed pre-cooked.

the front desk operates 24/7, offering support at any hour and they happily arranged a taxi for my early departure. the staff members speak multiple languages, made communication simple and efficient.

excellent location spacious breakfast area shoebox-sized room windowless room

the location is excellent. i could walk to many attractions and the metro was right next door. the breakfast area was very spacious and provided a perfect start to my days.

I booked a single room. the website showed fair pictures. upon checking in, i was allotted a windowless, shoebox-sized room. upon protesting at reception, i was given a better room with a window, albeit still shoebox sized.

mixed feelings about this stay

poor insulation outdated room

The room was NOT the best. it felt cramped, and frankly, a little outdated. i Also had issues with noise at night. The sound insulation was poor. there was street noise and noise from other guests. it really affected my sleep.
