paper plateswooden cutlery
the breakfast was a let down, they used paper plates and wooden cutlery. i tried the yoghurt, but i only tasted the wooden spoon. also, i saw ants in the hallway and bathroom. it was really disappointing.

i found the breakfast to be great, it had good variety. underground parking are nice too. location are close enough walk to the market and city core. the room had plenty of towels and i like that they had coffee and tea all day.
the check in process was long. i arrived early, but my room was not ready until 5pm.

i was GRATEFUL for the free breakfast. There was a nice selection of items available. the proximity to the byward market made it easy to walk there.
it is true parking was not free as i originally thought. I found that to be an unexpected cost. The area around the hotel did have quite a few homeless people. This made me a little uneasy.

the large queen bed had fluffy pillows! we found a clean, large bathroom . the air conditioning worked. well. one suggestion is pads under dining area chairs because chairs squeal.
I noticed a lack of disclosure on limited parking spots. I had to drive on streets in a snow storm and then walk back to hotel. it wasn't ideal.
