decent stay near the center
large room helpful staff distant parking limited parking spaces
the room was large and clean. i appreciated all the facilities. the breakfast was included. the staff seemed helpful.
upon arrival, there were no parking spaces available. i was directed to some distant parking lots. this was inconvenient because i was tired.

paper plates wooden cutlery
the breakfast was a let down, they used paper plates and wooden cutlery. i tried the yoghurt, but i only tasted the wooden spoon. also, i saw ants in the hallway and bathroom. it was really disappointing.

nice parking good breakfast good location
i found the breakfast to be great, it had good variety. underground parking are nice too. location are close enough walk to the market and city core. the room had plenty of towels and i like that they had coffee and tea all day.
the check in process was long. i arrived early, but my room was not ready until 5pm.

free breakfast market proximity unexpected cost homeless people
i was GRATEFUL for the free breakfast. There was a nice selection of items available. the proximity to the byward market made it easy to walk there.
it is true parking was not free as i originally thought. I found that to be an unexpected cost. The area around the hotel did have quite a few homeless people. This made me a little uneasy.

really good stay downtown
fluffy pillows large bathroom great air conditioning
the large queen bed had fluffy pillows! we found a clean, large bathroom . the air conditioning worked. well. one suggestion is pads under dining area chairs because chairs squeal.
I noticed a lack of disclosure on limited parking spots. I had to drive on streets in a snow storm and then walk back to hotel. it wasn't ideal.

the room felt spacious with city view. a large tv screen was excellent, and the air conditioning was easily adjustable. there were sufficient power outlets and a practical desk.

The hotel is centrally located. It is easily walkable to parliament. the byward market is also easily accessible. the hotel is located close to many amenities. it is a very convenient area.
