The hotel's location provided convenient access to many attractions. I appreciated the on-site restaurants. It eliminated the need to search for dining options elsewhere.
The ac unit was quite noisy. It kept turning on and off at all hours, somewhat disruptive.

the location worked well for me as it was very close to major attractions. the underground parking had in and out privileges, so i could easily come and go (this was very convenient). the rooftop pool was a nice addition, it offered a good space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
my room was clean and it included a well equiped space. the location was great because everything was within easy walking distance. louis helped me to check in smoothly and he was very friendly.
i tried to request a change at the front desk, but it wasnt possible.
