The hotel is close to several museums and the Mall. The staff was cute. I had breakfast at Cafe Riggs , and i loved it. The location was great for my trip.
There was no way to get cold water from the shower or sink. I had to drink warm water (i wasn't expecting that). There were no water bottles provided in the room, also there was nothing for sale in the mini fridge.

the hotel had an excellent design aesthetic. the reception team offered champagne upon arrival. i found the staff helpful with luggage and information. the location allowed easy access to many attractions.
i did encounter a slight issue with the shower. the water temperature fluctuated during use.

great location delicious cafe functional shower
The hotel is located near the Warner Theater, a short walk away. Cafe Riggs provided enjoyable breakfast and lunch options. The room featured a comfortable bed and a functional shower with consistent hot water. The staff demonstrated a cute attitude and helpfulness.
The hotel lacked sufficient clothing storage. The closet had limited hangers.
