The hotel is close to several museums and the Mall. The staff was cute. I had breakfast at Cafe Riggs , and i loved it. The location was great for my trip.
There was no way to get cold water from the shower or sink. I had to drink warm water (i wasn't expecting that). There were no water bottles provided in the room, also there was nothing for sale in the mini fridge.

i did encounter a slight issue with the shower. the water temperature fluctuated during use.

The hotel lacked sufficient clothing storage. The closet had limited hangers.
