really good experience!

modern roomspacious roomsmall bathroom
rooms are modern and spacious. the shuttles stop right out front of the hotel. i loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna.
there was no room to temporarily park in front for unloading because a large truck with a trailer was allowed to park there. the bathroom attached to the room is small. maneuvering inside was difficult.
Service

excellent customer servicepoor soundproofingconstant noise
the staff offered excellent customer service, even securing a wine glass when i mentioned my dislike for paper cups.
My room lacked soundproofing. I constantly heard the movements of people in the room above me. it was like living under a herd of tap-dancing elephants. a restful night's sleep seemed a distant dream.

excellent improvementsclean decoraluminum bottlesbathroom glassware
i very rarely leave reviews on hotels, but this one was worth it. the improvements are excellent! the decor looks clean, fresh, and warm, with a beautiful color palette. the staff was warm and kind. i liked that the in suite fridge was large with complimentary waters in aluminum bottles.
for the price of the room i would expect glassware in the bathroom for water. the coffee in the lobby was not explained during check in. the balcony could be presented better though it was not very cute.
Rooms

My room was a spacious suite. It included a kitchenette equipped with plates and utensils. I also found modern furniture and lighting. I enjoyed the provided board games and the record player with albums.
The hotel's sauna was occasionally below the ideal temperature.
