the room was pretty big. the view was really good from my room. everything was clean, and the amenities provided were really good! the bath aroma was a nice touch to the bathing experience.
The shower room was a bit uncomfortable. It was small, and water was everywhere.

the location proved convenient, with easy access to buses and subways. i was on the 15th floor and the room was clean. the large windows were appealing. i appreciated the locker storage since i arrived early.
i found the air conditioning challenging as i could not reset it. the room became very stuffy. i could not lower it below 25 degrees.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

My room on the 17th floor provided a fantastic view of Gwanghwamun Square. These were replenished daily. The location was ideal because City Hall subway station, Myeongdong, and Namdaemun Market were a short walk away (very convenient indeed!).
The breakfast starting at 07:30 was not aligned with my schedule and I missed it on some days. Some receptionists displayed limited English fluency.

The room had ample space for luggage and belongings. It included new towels, slippers, a robe, and coffee and tea supplies daily. The room and toilet were also very clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful, as they spoke good english. Daily cleaning services maintained the rooms, with fresh towels and toiletries provided each day. I really liked this hotel service.

the hotel offered a great location. it was near two metro lines and within walking distance of many attractions. the room was clean i had an amazing view from the 20th floor.
the room i stayed in was quite small the layout proved difficult. much of the space was used by the separate toilet bathing room and sink vanity. the staff english was only fair and not very helpful.
