The location was SUPERB for transportation and restaurants. EVERYONE was helpful and hospitable, AMAZING!!! The hotel is located in a central area, I safety was good. The only minor issue was the shower curtain needed a wash, but it was insignificant.
The room could use a bit more light, as it was somewhat dark.

The hotel is near many points of interest. It is close to transport. A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, a definite plus. It made getting around the city VERY easy.

The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds are comfy. I had a bathtub, very relaxing after a long day. My room had amazing views, I was very charmed!!!

The hotel location was acceptable because it provided access to transportation.
The air conditioning system was unsatisfactory. It did not effectively cool the room. I required a cooler environment .

fantastic location and amenities!
prime location convenience store separate tub daily housekeeping
the location was prime. i could walk to the palace easily. a convenience store was just next door, so grabbing snacks was simple. the room had a separate tub and shower area. housekeeping came daily to keep everything tidy.
the air conditioning seemed centralized, so the room sometimes felt a bit warm.

the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety. there were several korean dishes and international options available to choose. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit section, a sweet treat.

the room featured non-carpet flooring which i found very clean. there was a spacious bathroom available. the room also had a desk, handy. plus, there were child-sized bathrobes provided and i was charmed!!!

the hotel is near subway stations. i appreciated the proximity to bus stops. hanbok rentals were available in the hotel. the hotel offered bicycle rentals, a great way to explore.
