subway station various shops free adapters
The location was AMAZING. It was close to the subway station. The area also had many shops and restaurants. Free adapters were provided, VERY useful.
The shower had a weak water pressure.

excellent location and clean rooms
central location useful dryer storage lockers helpful staff
the location was excellent, so close to everything! i found it very easy to walk everywhere (myeongdong is very lively). the washing machine and dryer were very useful and there were storage lockers available for luggage. staff were always very friendly and helpful too.
The room i had wasn't perfectly soundproof. I could hear some street noise until late at night (this might bother light sleepers).

while i did not have breakfast, there are many convenience stores nearby like 7/11 for quick snacks and drinks, and many restaurants are located close to the hotel which makes dining very convenient.

the rooms were larger than expected, very clean and had comfortable beds. the bathroom's design was efficient, there was good space, and it was well-kept with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay.

the reception staff was fluent in english and always ready to assist. the hotel offered convenient services like a water dispenser on every floor and also lockers for luggage storage are available (very useful!).
