Really good Location and Convenient Amenities

I found the hotel's location convenient. It allowed easy access to key historical sites and nearby shopping areas. The proximity to local restaurants in the same complex and on surrounding streets was a great convenience for dining.
I noticed the basin was not in the bathroom. It was instead situated almost in the room itself. This configuration was not evident in the pictures and felt a little odd.

The hotel provides self-check lockers for luggage storage. This is a modern tech feature that simplifies the check-in and check-out process. The hotel offers a screen in the lobby for easy access to airport transportation, especially helpful for early morning departures.

Breakfast had a good variety. I especially liked the Korean soup options. The coffee provided was excellent and added to the morning experience. Various restaurants operate within the hotel premises. I had several choices from Korean barbecue to authentic Korean cuisine.

The location was convenient to many attractions! i found a shopping street and bakery just behind the hotel. it was also near convenience stores and restaurants within the hotel complex. The jogyesa temple was opposite the hotel.
The two male staff at reception were pretty unwelcoming when i checked in. They seemed angered or flustered at questions i had

The location was fine. It was close enough to the attractions. The staff seemed fairly polite.
The soundproofing was AWFUL!!! I could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Sleep was difficult, and it REALLY affected my stay. I wish I had brought earplugs.

The hotel location is great. Cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance. I found the steam cleaner useful for my clothes. The room temperature was self-controlled (a big plus for me).
There was no hook for towels in the bathroom.
