the location was acceptable it allowed access to transport
the breakfast was far from satisfactory it lacked variety and the room itself felt dreary i had expected more effort put into this service i found the offering subpar.

The hotel location suits access to public transportation, it is a great advantage. A bus-stop services the airport bus and sits a mere 5-minute walk distant.
The bathrobes provided were distinctly unwashed. I detected the unmistakable odor of someone else's perspiration. One does not expect such oversights in establishments of this supposed caliber.

great location reliable housekeeping unwashed bathrobe reluctant staff
The hotel's proximity to the City Hall station was SUCH a blessing. There were also many wonderful restaurants nearby.. everything felt within easy reach. Housekeeping was reliable. Towels were replaced daily and the beds were neatly made.
The unwashed bathrobes smelled strongly like someone else's sweat. The front desk staff seemed reluctant to offer assistance when i needed it. I expected better service.

convenient location subway access helpful staff
the hotel is near plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. the location made it simple to access the subway for exploring (city hall station is very close). the staff were always available and helpful with directions.
the room was slightly smaller than expected.

nearby, kyochon chicken and ginseng chicken restaurants provide convenient dining options. several convenience stores are located just steps from the hotel entrance. breakfast was not included (i got coffee across the road).

the lobby includes a currency exchange machine that i found convenient. there is also a kiosk available in the lobby for wowpass card top-ups. complimentary umbrellas are available at reception without deposit (a very nice touch).

the room included slippers and a kimono for use . the provided room safe added an extra level of security for valuables. the room's touch panel allowed me to easily request or decline cleaning services (a nice feature).

The room was spacious, it easily accommodated my belongings. the hotel is located near a few seven elevens. That was quite handy.
The breakfast was pretty basic. I expected a bit more for the price. the bed mattress wasn't comfortable, it was too springy for my liking.

missing battery basic things
the location was pretty convenient. the city hall station was a short walk.
the room itself was quite underwhelming. the tv remote was missing a battery, and there weren't any teaspoons available, just basic things i expected to be there. it was like they were cutting corners.
