public transport excellent shower effective air conditioning
location was convenient with public transport nearby. the air conditioning in my single room was very effective. the bed and shower were both excellent and spacious, i was happy.
the absence of male staff for baggage assistance was slightly inconvenient i had to ask a lady for help.

the hotel is next to chinatown making it easy to explore the city by foot. there are many restaurants and bars nearby within a short walking distance so finding places to eat was quite simple.

the room size was perfect for me traveling solo it offered sufficient space. the room had all i needed including a coffee machine and a tea kettle. the bed was comfortable.

quick access telok ayer station timely manner enquiries emergency kit dampness hallway deep bass music loud street music
the team provided prompt responses to inquiries. they showed us to the general practitioner and brought the emergency kit when my partner injured his leg. they checked on us frequently. the location offers quick access to telok ayer station, shopping malls, and dining areas.
i found dampness in the hallway. the finishes appear average. loud music from nearby streets persisted until 8:00 am. i could hear deep bass music, made sleeping difficult.

helpful staff in-room nespresso convenient location
i found the hotel staff helpful . they provided detailed directions to local attractions. the in-room nespresso machine was a welcome amenity for early mornings. i also appreciated the proximity to the mrt station for easy travel.
i noticed slight street noise at night

poor soundproofing limited breakfast
the location was good and near the subway.
The room felt a little cramped. noise isolation was bad. I could hear everything from the street outside. also, the included breakfast had too few options.

small room repetitive breakfast
The room felt quite small, I was a little disappointed. It was also quite noisy at night. I could hear a lot of street noise. The breakfast being at a nearby restaurant was inconvenient. The choices there were limited. It got repetitive after a few days.
