friendly staffperfect location
The reception staff was so friendly! (i really appreciated that). the location was perfect. It was close to the main station. it was also close to the historic centre, all within walking distance for me.

The hotel is very close to the main central station and Karlsplatz! i found it easy to walk everywhere. the room was quite suitable for my family of four, and the beds were comfy, ensuring a restful night. i also appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. It made for refreshing mornings.
