amazing stay near the center!
friendly staff perfect location
The reception staff was so friendly! (i really appreciated that). the location was perfect. It was close to the main station. it was also close to the historic centre, all within walking distance for me.

train station city direction basic selection clean room
The location has great convenience near public transport. I liked its quick walk to the train station. Staff members proved helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast offered a basic selection that met my needs each morning. Rooms are neat.
The lack of an elevator was slightly inconvenient. Carrying luggage up a few floors required some effort. This minor issue did not affect my experience.

helpful staff powerful shower central location bad wifi small room no elevator
the staff were very helpful. the receptionist helped with our bags lost in transit by the airline. the shower was lovely and powerful. the location is very central, near the railway station.
the wifi wasn't working in my room. it felt small, like a college dorm. there was no elevator and two flights of stairs.

convenient central stay
central location comfy beds good water pressure
The hotel is very close to the main central station and Karlsplatz! i found it easy to walk everywhere. the room was quite suitable for my family of four, and the beds were comfy, ensuring a restful night. i also appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. It made for refreshing mornings.
street noise was noticeable at night! i felt the hotel can't really do much about that.

perfect shower clean room convenient location
The hotel enjoys a location close to the train station and the city center. It made transportation easy. the room was clean and quiet. the shower worked perfectly. I appreciated having good water pressure.
i found the street leading to the hotel felt somewhat unsafe, especially late at night
