Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff great breakfast wonderful service
The breakfast service by Nino was excellent. He was very friendly and always smiling. The staff at the front desk were also very nice. I enjoyed my stay very much.
The minibar was not refilled often enough.

The hotel benefits from a superb location, near a lot of exclusive shops. It makes exploring the city very convenient. The area felt okay all time, EVEN at night. Access to transportation was very easy.

The staff here ARE very professional and friendly. They certainly enhance the stay. I got restaurant recommendations from the concierge and they were perfect. Everyone was helpful, meeting all my needs promptly.

faulty bathroom light unreliable mini bar
The hotel was generally fine, but i did encounter a couple of issues. Our room's mini-bar was not restocked daily as expected, and i had to call multiple times to get it replenished. the bathroom lighting flickered intermittently. This became irritating, especially when trying to get ready in the morning. i expected better attention to detail for the price i paid. a faulty bathroom light, unreliable mini bar
