a adequate stay with some issues
inconsistent airflow communication issue
The thermostat seemed off. I set it to 23, but the air above the bed stayed cool. this made the bed comfy, but the airflow felt inconsistent. it took multiple conversations to resolve a duplicate charge, and the money only reappeared after my holiday ended. this caused some stress .

convenient downtown stay
helpful staff comfortable bed
i found the staff very helpful when i needed documents printed. the location offered convenient access to nearby amenities. i particularly enjoyed the couch in the room and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.
the valet parking service returned my rental car smelling strongly of beer each day. i'm unsure where the car was parked but the odor was unpleasant and concerning.

the hotel is centrally located downtown. it allows easy walking access of about 2-3 blocks to the main street, a pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants, and a taxi can quickly reach other downtown events.

friendly staff convenient location expensive parking room cleaning
the front desk staff, i found them cute. they always had a smile. i also liked that the rooms was lovely. it was super convenient, right downtown.
the parking was expensive. it cost 55$ per day. my room has not been cleaned for two days. i did not liked that

spacious room bottled water mini-fridge
the king room felt very spacious. i found bottled water supplied daily (this detail matters). there was a mini-fridge, so i could keep drinks cold.
the ice machine on my floor was a bit noisy.
