good locationpoor drainage systemlow balcony railing
the location was fine with many shops nearby.
The older receptionist displayed a horrible attitude. He was unhelpful when facing language barriers. the drainage systems in the sink and bathroom on the 7th floor were also quite poor. plus, the balcony railing felt too low for comfort.
