helpful staff perfect balcony superb location
the location is superb , right on la rambla. the staff were very helpful and friendly . my room had a balcony with views , perfect for people-watching.
the elevator stopped working late at night , i had to take the stairs.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
great location friendly staff
The location was excellent. I had convenient access to many tours nearby, and the nightlife was fun. I also found Plaza Real very nice in the evening. The staff was also very friendly and held our luggage after we checked out. I found that I had everything I needed.
I found the room pretty basic. There was no TV. The decor felt repressive. I also did not want to spend much time in my room since it was small. There was nowhere comfortable to sit.

The room included a private bathroom. It offered basic amenities, and daily cleaning ensured fresh towels each day. The room was quiet despite its location, a positive surprise.

The staff members were very helpful and accommodating. They promptly provided a new fan when the original one broke. The staff offered luggage storage post-checkout, and this added convenience to my travel plans.

Soundproofing was excellent within the premises. I was not disturbed by outside noise. The safe parking was helpful. It was a bit tricky to get to. I did appreciate it.

basic stay with some issues
old towels elevator issue
the towels felt really old, i think? they weren't very soft. also, there wasn't any water provided in the room upon arrival which i found a bit inconvenient. the elevator stopped working after 11pm. i wasn't happy.
