the staff were friendly and spoke english well. my room had french windows that opened to a view of saint supice. i also appreciated the clean room during my five night stay.
there was no mirror in the bedroom , so getting ready was difficult. the bathroom door did not open fully as it hit the bed. i found the lack of storage space in the bathroom inconvenient.

the location was great near public transport and many attractions. it was acceptable.
The room was small and not well insulated. Noise was an issue. the bed was also quite uncomfortable (i felt every spring). there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, disappointing.
