The metro station was very close to the hotel. This made traveling around very easy. Breakfast had good options. I also found a lovely patisserie just around the corner.
The bathroom was quite small. It was hard to turn around in there. The beds were just okay. They seemed to need a makeover.

The hotel is near both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations. Commuting to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports took under an hour! The room had been fully renovated. It was very clean. I would stay here again for the convenience.
The air conditioning system in my room did not work effectively. The room remained uncomfortably warm. I notified management and they provided a high-speed fan.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I accidentally left some clothes. The hotel shipped them back to Germany via international express delivery. I really appreciate it.

the location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions. it made it somewhat convenient to explore the area.
I was disappointed by the room's ventilation. It did not work. we had to sleep with the windows open all night because no fresh air came inside. our room was also very small compared to the rooms of other guests. there was no window in the bathroom, so it remained damp.

I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent as it is near two metro stations. It was quick to get everywhere. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The towels were changed daily.
