clean room comfortable bed communicative staff
The room was clean and well-decorated, it had a comfortable bed and soft pillows. The staff was communicative, I did find them very helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was straightforward. I experienced no issues at all.
If this had been stated clearly in the advert, I would never have booked, because of my fear of misuse of sensitive personal data.

The location proved convenient for accessing Chancery Lane, I didn't use taxis at all. The hotel's central position made exploring the area easy, and many attractions were within walking distance. This accessibility significantly enhanced my overall travel experience.
