fantastic stay!
friendly staff clean room good value
I found the staff super friendly. They offered lots of advice!! the basic room was clean. i felt i got excellent value, especially considering the prime location. i will definitely book again for my next visit!!!
my room didn't have a kettle, a little disappointing as i enjoy having a cup of tea in the evening.

the reception operates 24/7, which adds a great layer of security and convenience for late arrivals or early departures. a fridge was in the room, very convenient to keep my drinks cold. i also found the beds comfy!

The location was convenient for me. it was an easy walk from gare de l'est. The staff was helpful plus friendly. the breakfast had a good selection each morning.

great location friendly staff extra space good value
I appreciated the hotel's location, near transport options. The staff was friendly and available. A balcony was available. THIS added extra space. The value for money felt good.

acceptable stay near gare de l'est
cigarette smoke insecure process
the hotel is conveniently located near gare de l'est train station , made travel easy
the room was quite small which was not ideal with luggage. cigarette smoke smell was present in the room despite it being non-smoking and that was disappointing. key handling process at reception also raised security concerns because there were no proper checks

the reception team was nice! the location was acceptable.
The room was small and a bit depressing. the neighborhood didn't feel safe. Groups of people made me uncomfortable one evening. also, the lift sometimes broke, and i had to use the stairs. twice.

The single room offered more space for luggage than i expected. breakfast included decent options considering the price. i especially appreciated the filtered water tap available near reception. It helped a lot. the location near gare du nord and gare de l'est made travel straightforward.

The room provided adequate space for luggage and movement. I appreciated the efficiency of the staff. They responded quickly to requests. The included breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options to start the day. I also noticed that the lobby had readily available water machines.
The sound isolation could be improved. I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms.
