I found the staff super friendly. They offered lots of advice!! the basic room was clean. i felt i got excellent value, especially considering the prime location. i will definitely book again for my next visit!!!

the reception operates 24/7, which adds a great layer of security and convenience for late arrivals or early departures. a fridge was in the room, very convenient to keep my drinks cold. i also found the beds comfy!

the room was quite small which was not ideal with luggage. cigarette smoke smell was present in the room despite it being non-smoking and that was disappointing. key handling process at reception also raised security concerns because there were no proper checks
