central locationsmall roomdisappointing breakfast
the location was central the staff were friendly and amenable it was clean.
our room on the second floor was quite small it felt tight for two people with two large suitcases there was no real place to store luggage the lobby and common areas are also small they felt constantly crowded with large tour groups breakfast was disappointing the dishes lacked flavor it seemed like very little effort was put into the quality.
The location was perfect close to many coffee bars. The staff was very kind. The room design was very beautiful and modern in a japanese style.
The lounge is not great it is a real joke. There is nothing to eat or drink for the price paid. The hotel could offer drinks at will in the lounge. It could also offer especially good food to taste.
the room was spacious with comfortable beds. breakfast included both western and japanese options. the onsen provided a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing.
The staff were amazingly helpful and polite. I appreciated how they tried to meet every need. The location is central and convenient. Breakfast featured excellent choices. Tempura was available. The onsen was relaxing.
The guest lounge can only accommodate 18 people at a time. It felt slightly overcrowded during peak hours.
