The room was clean upon arrival. It was acceptable.

I found black stains on the sheets. It wasn't a pretty sight. the mirror had drips all over it, and the shower dispenser was covered in conditioner. i tried to contact the hotel, but i got no response, especially disappointing considering the costs.

I found the location very convenient, near many attractions. The hotel had clean rooms. The staff was friendly. Self-parking across the street was very convenient and cheaper.

The wait for elevators was long during peak hours.

the location was really center. front desk staff, was very friendly. the room was spacious, it has efficient and adjustable hvac. the bathroom featured great pressure.

the hotel has one elevator broken. it causes long wait times to access to floors.
