The room was clean upon arrival. It was acceptable.

I found black stains on the sheets. It wasn't a pretty sight. the mirror had drips all over it, and the shower dispenser was covered in conditioner. i tried to contact the hotel, but i got no response, especially disappointing considering the costs.
