My room included a small kitchenette. It had a microwave, a small refrigerator and a sink. The hotel had two restaurants. I found this very convenient. The gym featured several cardio machines. I saw three treadmills.

The elevators were slow. I think there were only two working. My room's thermostat did not seem to function properly. The temperature was too warm. I could not adjust it.

I stayed in the one bedroom king suite. it had a separate living area and fully equipped kitchen. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff provided excellent service at check-in, a smooth and quick process.

The front desk staff were consistently helpful (especially with directions). My room included a balcony with city views. The rooftop lounge was a definite highlight, offering panoramic views. The in-room A/C unit worked efficiently and quietly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The valet parking fee seemed a bit high.

a mixed experience with some letdowns

non-existent water uncomfortable temperature

the air conditioning was a real issue. i visited in early july and the system only seemed to circulate hot air. the room became uncomfortably warm and i ended up just switching it off completely. also, i was surprised to find i was charged for water i never received. it seems housekeeping forgot to leave water bottles but not the billing tags so i got an unexpected charge on my card.
