I adored the complimentary laundry service. It added such convenience to my stay. also, the nespresso machine inside the room brewed delicious coffee each morning. dermot at the front desk was kind. He.

The front desk service impressed me. The room, a standard queen room, was surprisingly quiet and clean. The complimentary laundry facilities (laundry liquid included!) were a HUGE bonus for me.

the staff there seem friendly enough, and the location did allow me to stumble to a few decent cheesesteak joints i guess.
okay, so, they told me the tv had casting capabilities. it didn't. wasted a solid hour trying to stream cat videos. also, the 'gym' is basically a closet with a treadmill covered in dust. i think a hamster wheel would've been more effective.

i found the location convenient , near many restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful , especially during check-in. i appreciated the 24-hour coffee service and comfortable seating in the lobby. the gym had modern equipment and was well-kept.
the shower's water pressure was somewhat inconsistent.

slow checkoutrude staff
the hotel REALLY messed up my check-in. They gave me keys to A room that Someone was already in. it was awkward and not good. it took almost an hour to fix, i was tired because i had traveled all day. also, checkout was a mess. they seemed disorganized, AND IT took forever to get my bags back when i left them at reception. one staff member was even RUDE.

I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially stephanie and nicole. the location is fantastic. I could easily walk to stores and restaurants. i used the guest water bottle filling stations on my floor, a very useful amenity. i also liked the kiosk check-in process. It was very efficient.
The hotel does not have its own parking. I had to use a nearby parking garage.
