friendly staff clean rooms great location stair access thin pillow cold floor
i loved the friendly staff there! the rooms were clean and they were large enough! i was able to walk out the door and feel immersed in everything the city had to offer.
Reaching the reception was a bit tough. We had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves! the pillow was too thin, it was uncomfortable. the floor was cold, and there were no slippers in the room!

I found the hotel well-located near the central station. It was convenient to walk around with just my hand baggage. The staff accommodated my early check-in request. They also held my luggage while my room was prepared for me
The room tended to get quite warm because there was no air conditioning. This made the room a bit uncomfortable

the room was clean and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's central location was ideal for exploring. i appreciated the luggage storage service after checkout for my late flight!

comfortable beds clean bedsheets excellent location cute staff
The family room offered comfortable beds plus clean bed sheets. Its location is excellent, near train and bus stops. The front desk staff were very cute. I found the room neat and clean.
The elevator seemed quite out of place, appearing rather unclean.
