the kitchen had everything i needed including stovetops and a microwave. i found the coffee maker useful and the refrigerator kept everything cold. i was able to cook meals easily thanks to sufficient utensils.
i asked for two single beds but got a double made from two singles. the room was very small and there was no chance to separate them. the mattress was soft and i had back pain after sleeping on it.

faulty remotefrayed rug
The check-in process was a mess. I never received the code needed for entry, even though I paid in advance. A phone call revealed I was supposed to send a copy of my passport via email-news to me! I found this out only after arriving past 6 PM. The apartment showed its age. The TV remote did not work, some lights were out, the bathroom rug was frayed, and the bedside table was a slanted plank. The price felt too high given the condition and lack of service.

the neighbourhood seemed quite peaceful. we could walk to many places from here. the apartment had everything i needed, even a washing machine. the fast internet access was especially useful! the bed and pillows were comfy, which i greatly appreciated.
the shower door didn't close properly, causing some water to spill during showers.

easy access
location was good with many restaurants nearby. easy access to train lines were a plus. staff was available when i arrived early to store luggage. it's clean and convenient for short stay.

the lady representing the hotel was very cooperative. she accommodated our requests whenever possible. staff serviced every day. they were accomodating on early check in.
