close to the bridge but some issues
urine smell unsettling experience
the location was indeed very close to charles bridge
i encountered a strange smell in the room it resembled stale urine the hotel did move me from a room that had hair in the bed and bathroom already i wasn't thrilled to have to switch rooms at all it made the whole experience a bit unsettling

great location included breakfast helpful staff hard bed strict policy
The location was great. It was close to charles bridge. the included breakfast had a good selection of items. the staff were helpful during check-in.
the bed felt quite hard. i found the cancellation policy to be quite strict. They require 72 hours notice.

great variety hot food small window loud noise
the location was amazing. i was just steps from the famous charles bridge, what a dream! the breakfast was also wonderful, it had a great variety of items, especially the hot food.
I found a small window facing the courtyard. it was close to a restaurant, so it was quite loud, usually until 11 pm. the noise really bothered me. It was hard to relax.

great location effective ac hot food
the location was very nice, a stones throw to charles bridge and other attractions. the room had effective ac, it helped after long days of walking. breakfast included hot food, a good start to the day.

The beautiful double room featured comfortable beds and a good shower. towels were replaced daily which helped maintain cleanliness. the room had a historical feel. It added to the experience.

the staff helped with travel arrangements to the station, and were also helpful with umbrellas. the reception area has yuriy. staff members were friendly and ready to assist with requests.

breakfast offered many choices, including full english options to cater a range of tastes. coffee was accessible 24/7 in the breakfast area. the location had restaurants nearby for dining options.
