The front desk staff offered early check-in, a kind gesture. Restaurant employees provided service comparable to upscale establishments! The hotel sits across from the train station, offering a quick airport connection. The metro access is nearby and it makes main areas easily reachable.
The neighborhood had graffiti, I wished the surrounding streets felt a bit safer. It was not a significant issue though

the room size felt smaller than expected. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, it made sleeping difficult. also, the breakfast selection was limited. i noticed the coffee machine was often out of order, and the pastries seemed stale.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient. It made my arrival and departure very smooth. i liked the rooftop restaurant. It offered good value in the evening. the staff also seemed quite helpful and friendly, assisting me with directions.
The room i received was rather small. Space was definitely limited. the bed was also quite firm. My girlfriend was not particularly comfortable. additionally, the breakfast could have been better. The coffee machine dispensed a poor cappuccino.
