breakfast options helpful staff unpleasant neighborhood drug users
The breakfast options were fabulous with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the location very convenient for accessing many good places to eat. I also appreciated the lobby cafe with its wonderful coffee, snacks, and cakes..
I found the neighborhood to be quite unpleasant with many drug users around. This, even during the day. I think the hotel should address this situation. I believe it would greatly improve the overall experience .

amazing breakfast and friendly staff!!!

The breakfast had lots of options and i really enjoyed it. the staff were very helpful with directions. the room was quite comfortable, especially after a long day of sightseeing. i found a mini market open round the clock next door. It was very convenient.
The toilet seat was too close to the glass of the shower. It was not comfortable at all.

The rooms include daily cleaning. This was very important. the air conditioning worked well. it kept the room cool in over 40 degrees celsius temperatures.

the location has a metro station only 5 minutes away. the city center is also accessible, about 30 minutes on foot. it made getting around very easy and convenient.

Adequate, But With Noticeable Issues
unsafe area constant noise
My stay had a couple of drawbacks. The immediate area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe. I noticed many homeless individuals and people using drugs openly, unsettling. the sound insulation was poor. Street noise was constant and quite disruptive at night. I found it hard to relax because of this persistent noise.

Wonderful Stay in the City
luggage room friendly staff
i found the breakfast to be fantastic with plentiful options available i also appreciated the luggage room with storage both before check-in and after check-out it was a very nice feature. overall the staff was friendly and helpful to all the guests i observed. i especially liked that there was a balcony and the breakfast was great.
the surroundings of the location were concerning i saw many people using drugs in the streets around the hotel and it was not a good neighbourhood.

the rooms were big modern and clean they also included a balcony i found this to be a great addition to my stay. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean upon my arrival.

the staff was friendly and pleasant they were also very helpful in assisting me with my needs. the reception staff was nice and funny they provided great onsite service. i felt very welcomed.

the hotel location is satisfactory it is almost within walking distance to many tourist attractions. i found it convenient that the hotel is near the metro this made it easy to access other parts of the city.

missing towels inconsistent air conditioning
The room service missed replacing towels one day . This was inconvenient because I had to call down to reception. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. It would switch between too cold and not cool enough. I think the system needs maintenance.
