Wonderful Stay in the City
luggage roomfriendly staffbad neighbourhood
i found the breakfast to be fantastic with plentiful options available i also appreciated the luggage room with storage both before check-in and after check-out it was a very nice feature. overall the staff was friendly and helpful to all the guests i observed. i especially liked that there was a balcony and the breakfast was great.
the surroundings of the location were concerning i saw many people using drugs in the streets around the hotel and it was not a good neighbourhood.

the rooms were big modern and clean they also included a balcony i found this to be a great addition to my stay. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean upon my arrival.

breakfast offered a good variety of options i found it to be fresh and delicious the food was excellent quality and the service was very good. i appreciated the rich variety available at breakfast.

the staff was friendly and pleasant they were also very helpful in assisting me with my needs. the reception staff was nice and funny they provided great onsite service. i felt very welcomed.

the hotel location is satisfactory it is almost within walking distance to many tourist attractions. i found it convenient that the hotel is near the metro this made it easy to access other parts of the city.

missing towelsinconsistent air conditioning
The room service missed replacing towels one day . This was inconvenient because I had to call down to reception. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. It would switch between too cold and not cool enough. I think the system needs maintenance.
