Athens Panorama Project's rooms offer panoramic views of the Lycabettus Hill, Parthenon, Acropolis, and Saronic Gulf from the third floor upward. Each accommodation includes a smart TV, kitchen facilities, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The property maintains a seasonal rooftop pool on the seventh floor, open from May. A 24-hour reception desk, laundry facilities, and an in-house multi-market operating from 7 AM to midnight serve guests daily. The property sits 2 miles from Monastiraki and provides access to multiple metro stations within walking distance.

Pros

Smart technology electronic locks with unique codes and WiFi connectivity

In-house multi-market offering groceries and homemade food from 7 AM to midnight

Multiple suite configurations available, including disability-accessible rooms

Heated outdoor jacuzzi available in select maisonettes

Cons

21.5 miles distance from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport

Some rooms face the inner courtyard rather than landmark views

“What stands out here is the blend of hotel services with the independence of apartment living, especially convenient given the in-suite kitchens. The rooftop pool, offering expansive views, provides a welcome escape during warmer days, and its location allows easy access to the city's vibrant local scene. I think it's a solid choice for those who like to balance exploration with relaxation.”

amazing rooms and helpful staff!

big roomhelpful teamhigh noise
I loved that the room was big! it had all the space i needed and more. the facilities were good too. i also found the front desk team helpful. They answered all my questions quickly.
the noise level from other guests was high! voices and general commotion around 2-3 am were common. people often left their doors open, which added to the disruption
Dining
9/10
There were good restaurant recommendations from the receptionist. This helped me find tasty meals nearby. i found many options within a short distance, and the suggestions were spot on, offering various cuisines and price points.
Location
8/10
i found the location convenient for accessing public transport and the hop-on-hop-off bus. a metro station was within walking distance! the hotel is not directly in the city center, but the area felt safe, even at night.

Fantastic stay!

helpful staffapartment conceptrooftop pool
The staff helped book a cruise. The apartment concept. We cooked a meal and enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was the perfect thing for those hot days. I am so glad I booked here, and I look forward to returning soon.
The view of the Acropolis was distant, partially obstructed by a crane.. It was a very minor issue though.
Dining
9/10
The hotel is close to a pedestrian street. The street has restaurants frequented by locals, roughly a ten-minute walk. Supermarkets and cafés near the hotel offer more choices for meals and snacks.
Rooms
8/10
Our suite included a balcony, and it had a view. The room features an oven, dishwasher, sink, and fridge and freezer, providing convenient options. A spacious room is provided for three people, and the room is quiet.
Location
10/10
The hotel is near local bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. A bus stop is a short walk away. The bus provides access to the Acropolis, or taxis are readily available using an app.
