great variety convenient location clean room helpful staff
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including salads, meats, cheeses, egg dishes and pastries. The location was very convenient (i really enjoyed it), with easy access to both subway and tram stations. The room was clean, and the beds provided great comfort for resting. I found the staff very helpful .
I noticed some slight noise at times, impacting the overall peacefulness a little.

The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast had delicious coffee I enjoyed. Our room was cleaned daily even without asking.
The parking cost about 25€ per day I was informed. The access was narrow especially with a larger car. Check-in took nearly 40 minutes after a long drive that was not ideal.

i appreciated the friendly staff (anna, especially!). the cozy room was impeccably clean. the hotel also features a charming courtyard, it was perfect.
there was some noise, it did affect my comfort a bit. for the price, i expected a bit more peace.

large room friendly staff public transportation hotel accessibility heating system luggage transport
the room was large and beautiful. the staff was friendly and provided helpful assistance. public transportation was conveniently located nearby.
The hotel lacks accessibility. Navigating stairs is necessary even after using the elevator, made carrying luggage difficult. using the shower caused the heating to temporarily stop. one night, the room was freezing, and the heating did not restart until 1 am.

inconsistent room temperature night noise
i didn't find the room temperature very consistent. the heating seemed to stop after i used the shower, quite inconvenient. also, there was some noise at night, and it affected my sleep. it really was not ideal after a long day.

spacious room large selection ideal location
the room was a king room, it was very spacious. breakfast provided a large selection of items. the staff allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. the location is ideal, close to the metro.
the heating briefly stopped after shower use, but it resumed later.
