the hotel is excellently located near two mrt stations, Rochor and Little India. i found a 7/11 convenience store right outside the hotel, handy. the breakfast included indian and vegetarian options, i was happy! the room was clean and well-kept.
the sound proofing was a little weak, i could faintly hear noise from nearby establishments.

The staff was helpful, they tried to help with different requests. reception provided early check-in and arranged gifts for my daughter's birthday. I thought this was such a nice touch. i was very pleased!

The hotel is in a great spot! I found the proximity to the Metro super convenient. The location is really central, made getting around so easy. (I was so happy to discover how close it was to everything!)
The gym could definitely use some improvements. the breakfast options felt a little limited. The variety was not great (I wished for a bit more diversity).
