Honestly, the noise was a real bummer. the breakfast wasn't amazing either. The juice tasted watered down. i mean, water is good and all, but maybe not in the juice.

i found the staff amazing i arrived a bit rattled. they were all over me offering water and food even before checking in. during the stay they offered unlimited free drinks and fruit from the breakfast area. the breakfast was delicious and so many options were available.
i wish i was notified at the time of reservation.

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance (even for a longer walk!). The staff was very helpful during check-in. Breakfast offered a good variety to start the day.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms at times. There was also some noise from nearby restaurants late at night. I found it a bit disturbing (especially on weekends).

The staff provided excellent advice regarding local restaurants! Everything Christina recommended was perfect for my preferences. Suite 501 offered amazing views of the landmark. All guests can access city views from the rooftop terrace.
The noise at night made it difficult to sleep well. The air conditioning also did not work correctly, quite disappointing.
