decent studio in a good location
spacious room modern decor great shower rude check-in long walk baggage storage
the room was spacious it was also very clean i liked the modern decor. the shower was great it had good water pressure. the location was also convenient plenty of restaurants were nearby.
check-in was not smooth i experienced some rudeness. the baggage storage was far from the building it was a 13-minute walk. this was not practical at all.

i stayed in a beautiful queen studio. the room was very spacious, newly renovated, and super clean. it had comfortable beds.
we were on the upper floor facing the street. sometimes i could hear some sounds from outside. the baggage storage after checkout was a bit far.

The location was very nice! I found many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was soundproof, so the outside music did not bother me. I received a welcome glass of Port on arrival!

I requested an iron, and it arrived in my room in about 15 minutes. I loved the staff's hospitality. Elizabete checked me in quickly and provided lunch suggestions!

The hotel is located very close to many restaurants for all meals. I enjoyed the 'Easy' breakfast and the secret garden bar opposite the street. The Wine Club offered a great meal and a wide selection of wines!

friendly staff great shower impractical baggage inconvenient location
the staff was very friendly and helpful! manuela even booked ME a taxi to return to the airport. the decor was lovely and the shower was great.
The baggage storage after checkout is a THIRTEEN minute walk from the hotel. It is located at an undisclosed restaurant. this was not practical and quite inconvenient.

clean apartment central location useful kitchenette distant storage inconvenient checkout unsmooth check-in
the apartment was clean and well decorated. its location was central and convenient for accessing restaurants. i found the kitchenette a bonus, especially the water kettle.
the baggage storage advertised was a 13-minute walk away. i consider this inconvenient after checking out. the check-in process was not smooth.
