Excellent location and service
nice selection friendly staff useful playroom
The breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful ALWAYS. I especially enjoyed the kid playroom. It was useful. We chose this hotel for its central location.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
dated decor stale pastries
the room assigned to me was quite disappointing. the decor felt dated (i think the carpet was stained). the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, however the pastries seemed stale, and the coffee from the machine lacked flavour. i hoped for better, given the price.

wonderful stay
helpful staff convenient location affordable parking
i found the staff friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with any questions i had. the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the city center. affordable parking was also available, which i really valued.
the hotel room felt slightly aged, especially the carpets in the hallways. it did not affect my overall stay, but it was noticeable.

the breakfast selection included various items, and the staff consistently replenished the food. seating was always available. it was not too crowded. i liked that it was easy to find a spot each morning.

the room featured impeccably clean environment with comfortable beds. it included standard amenities such as a smart tv, air conditioning, and a safe. i appreciated these things. the room was not overly large but adequate.

the hotel is near several metro and tram stations, including mustek and museum. it is approximately a 15-minute walk to the historic center. this location provided easy access. it made exploring very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel. The location is not far from the city center. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. You can ask for free slippers at the reception. I am grateful.

helpful staff quiet room blackout curtains
The staff members were polite and helpful. They assisted with directions. The room was quiet, despite the central location. Blackout curtains helped me sleep well, even with the city lights. Breakfast had tasty food.

the staff was friendly and very helpful, its great. breakfast had many options to choose from. secure parking was a plus for me, i like this.
the room felt a little old, i notice this. water pressure in the shower was low, its not good. the minibar cleanliness wasn't great, i dont like this.

small bed poor insulation
The room was switched to a single room with a small bed. it had two duvets for a single bed. there was no extra bedding. the room felt tiny and stuffy, also dirty! it felt outdated. i couldn't make coffee. the minibar was empty. the tv sound from the next room came through the walls. Very poor insulation. breakfast was adequate, but quite basic. Pre-cut bananas turned brown very quickly.
