convenient stay near hauptbahnhof
great location clean room breakfast selection
the location is fantastic it is very close to the main train station and public transport options. my room was clean and spacious which i appreciate. the breakfast selection offered many choices and fresh items. i found the staff helpful with directions and basic inquiries
the bathroom had low water pressure in the shower it made showering less efficient. it took longer than expected to rinse soap and shampoo. addressing this would significantly improve the guest experience

convenient location good breakfast quiet room dingy room stairs access unfriendly staff
the location is convenient, just a few minutes from the main station by subway. there is a good selection for breakfast. i had a room at the back, it was away from the busy road.
i found the hotel itself and the room a bit dingy compared to the photos online. it was necessary to climb some stairs to reach the elevator. this could be difficult traveling with heavy luggage. the front desk staff were okay, but not particularly friendly.

convenient location clean room efficient check-in late checkout
The location offered great convenience near the central station. The room was clean and spacious providing a comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. I appreciated the option for a late checkout until 12 PM which suited my travel schedule.
The exterior and lobby show some signs of needing updates.
