clean room friendly staff fresh fruits good lift
the room was very clean. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the breakfast included a large variety of fresh fruits. staff readily provided an extra pillow and towel upon my request. the lift was a good size, made bringing up my bags much easier.
the room's carpet seemed quite old.

the hotel is near the main train station. it provides easy access to transportation. it is a short walk from karlsplatz and close to various restaurants and cafes.

the location was great as it was a short walk to the city center.
i was really disappointed that the air conditioning didnt work. it made it so noisy because i had to keep the window open at night. it was also hot.
