superb Experience in the city
patient staffconvenient locationquiet atmospherespringy mattress
the staff was patient and very accommodating. the room i booked was a single room non-smoking. it had nothing extravagant, and it included a window which face a wall, but the centralized location COMPENSATED for it. the hotel was very quiet at night.
the mattress WAS bad. i found it very springy. the cost seemed too high for the hotel's offerings. arriving early by two hours would have required paying extra for an earlier check-in.

the hotel DID have limited dining options within its immediate area. guests must walk to the shinjuku area to find varied restaurants. this requires some additional travel for meals.

Really good Hospitality in a Prime Location

I found the location excellent, especially its proximity to Shinjuku Sanchome station. The room proved larger than my expectation and included all necessities. I especially appreciated the USB charging points. They were a bonus.
Some staff members seemed inflexible regarding luggage storage, even after I notified them about my storage needs. A few staff members had limited English skills. other staff were very helpful.
