Great Location and Helpful Staff!

The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars, clubs, and stores. The location provided excellent value considering the room size. The staff were very kind and polite! Checking in and out was quite easy and simple.
The breakfast offered few western options. Also the walk to metro and train stations took 10-15 minutes, it was further than expected.

The front desk staff speaks multiple languages, including English and Mandarin. Self-check-out machines are available for easy departures! Nguyen, at the front desk, was particularly nice and helpful .

The room size was larger than expected for a budget hotel in this area. Breakfast had a variety of choices, including options catering to different tastes. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, which i found very reassuring. The staff members were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

friendly staff good location cigarette smell unpleasant experience
the location was really good! i loved how close it was to so many food places. plus, the staff was really friendly and helpful. they gave perfect instructions.
i was a bit bummed that the room i booked had a strong cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. also, the towels had quite a strong smell, which wasn't the most pleasant experience! that was really inconvinient.
