Ginza Gem, Compact Comfort and Stellar Service

helpful staff convenient location easy access

The staff retrieved my phone I left in a taxi! They asked for the receipt and contacted the driver. I had my phone back quickly. The location is near the metro station, just a 3-5 minute walk. I would definitely book again if I return!!!

The centrally controlled heating was too warm for me. I opened the window a bit and used shades to keep flies out. An individual a/c would greatly improve the experience.

The staff provided helpful and nice service . I really appreciated their assistance. Staff was also very helpful and accommodating to first-time solo travelers. They speak english well.

The room was clean. Everything was in good shape. Staff respected my wish for a room on upper floors. The area is rather quiet. It allowed for decent sleep.

The room is too SMALL for two people. I booked breakfast. I got vouchers to use at a restaurant down the street before 9am. Instructions was not very clear.

i found the hotel very close to a lawson store across the street. it made grabbing breakfasts very simple. the rooms were quiet despite easy access to subways.

the hotel has a really convenient location. lawson convenience store is just across the corner. it made getting necessities very easy.

The room was quite small. It was not really spacious. the staff did not seem too friendly. They mostly don't make eye contact.
