i appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out processes it made everything so easy. the staff was super helpful with tour setups and great restaurant recommendations near the hotel. i found the breakfast buffet really good with so many options. also a metro stop was only about five blocks away making travel simple and quick

the room included air conditioning and a window that could be opened slightly for fresh air it was really helpful. the room also had a mini fridge that was stocked i found that convenient. daily towel changes were provided which i appreciated.

the breakfast room was very nice with a wide selection of food each morning. the hotel offered private parking but i didn't need it. the location allows walking to many sites restaurants and shops which i took advantage of every day.

the front desk staff was always helpful and friendly to everyone. when i forgot my jacket the staff organised its return after my departure that was excellent service. staff provided assistance with setting up tours , made my explorations very easy
